Guide

LazyPhD is a utility-first research site

Instead of forcing one bundled workspace flow, LazyPhD breaks each capability into an independent tool so you can run only the task you need and keep moving.

1. Pick one job only

Choose the one task you need right now, such as search, citation review, outlining, or conversion.

2. Input and run without login

Core tools do not force projects or account setup. Input, result review, and download are the default path.

3. Keep accounts for saves only

Accounts are only for syncing saved tools, history, and projects. They are not required to use the main tools.

Core flow

Document tools
The converter and writer are direct upload-or-write, then save flows.
Research tools
Search, citation, outline, presentation, methodology, and PDF hunting now default to independent runs.

Legacy stays separate

If you still need the older bundled workflow, it remains available under `/old`. The main experience now centers on the public utility launcher.
